Please note: Any resolution is subject to review and mutual agreement between the customer and Cheripin. We do not guarantee a specific outcome in advance, but we are committed to addressing every concern with care and fairness.


Conditions for Consideration

To be eligible for any form of resolution, we ask that:

  1. You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. The issue is clearly documented with photos or videos where applicable.
  3. The item has not been used, altered, or damaged after delivery (except in cases where the damage occurred during shipping).

Cases that do not meet the above conditions may still be reviewed at our discretion.


Non-Eligible Situations

We may not be able to offer a resolution in the following circumstances:

  • The issue is reported more than 10 days after the delivery date.
  • The product has been used, washed, or altered after receipt.
  • The issue is due to personal preference or a change of mind (e.g., color or size expectations based on personal interpretation).
  • The package was delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refund Processing

If a refund is agreed upon following our review, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping

If a physical return is determined to be necessary through mutual agreement, further instructions will be provided by our team at that time. Return shipping arrangements and cost responsibilities will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
